1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, free Shipping on orders above ₹1500. For orders below ₹1500, standard shipping charges will apply.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across selected locations in India. Customers must provide accurate contact details for order confirmation. Vedura reserves the right to cancel COD orders if verification fails.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days. Other Locations: 4–7 business days, delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via SMS or Email to help you track your shipment.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Vedura will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a damaged package, record an unboxing video, take clear photos. Contact us within 3 days of delivery Replacement will be processed after verification.
