Minor variations in product appearance, colour, fragrance, or texture may occur due to product batches, photography, display settings, or the nature of herbal products.
Such variations do not affect our responsibility to address products that are defective, damaged, expired, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from their descriptions, as required under applicable law.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where relevant, will be displayed or communicated before order completion.

Customers agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must pay the applicable order amount to the delivery agent at the time of delivery using the payment methods supported by the delivery provider, including cash or UPI where available.
Vedura does not request customers to disclose payment passwords, OTPs, or other confidential authentication details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Vedura aims to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines displayed on the website or communicated to customers.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, operational circumstances, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Where available, tracking information may be provided to customers.
Delivery timelines are estimates unless a specific delivery date has been expressly confirmed. Any delay will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.

5. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Due to the nature of our personal care and hygiene products, Vedura does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference when products have been correctly supplied and are free from defects.
Customers may report eligible issues within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, including:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged or leaking during transit.
- One or more items were missing from the order.
- The product received was defective or expired.
- The product was materially different from the product ordered.
All claims are subject to reasonable verification.
For approved claims, Vedura's first preferred resolution is a replacement, subject to product availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed where applicable.
For approved claims requiring a return, Vedura will arrange a courier pickup at no additional cost wherever the pickup service is available. If pickup is unavailable, appropriate alternative arrangements will be communicated.
Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval and completion of any necessary verification or return process. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative only with the customer's consent and where legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
6. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched, subject to the order status and confirmation by Vedura.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available through our standard cancellation process. Customers may still contact Vedura regarding eligible delivery, return, replacement, or refund issues.
Any cancellation request will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our published policies.
7. Intellectual Property
